A trading session corresponds to the operation of the trading system that occurs between the pre- open state and close state. There is only one trading session per day.

Once your account is opened with BHMFXUAE, username will be sent to your registered email and password will be sent to your registered mobile number. Please go to Platforms to download our applications or login using our website bhm-fxuae.com
BHMFXUAE makes it easy to deposit funds in your account. Please visit the Ways to fund page for details.

Entering the wrong login password for three consecutive times will cause the system to lock the user name for security reasons. To unlock the user name, call BHMFXUAE toll free number (800 567 000 / 00971 800567000), and place unlock user name request.

SMS Authentication is a new extra security feature which secures your login against unauthorized access to your account.

After you login using your BHMFXUAE number and password, you will receive the SMS on the mobile phone registered at BHMFXUAE. The SMS contains the PIN which you’ll enter in the following screen when prompted.

The PIN is valid for one session only. You will require another PIN to login again.

The PIN is valid for 30 minutes, if the PIN was not used within this time, you’ll need another PIN to login. If you entered the incorrect PIN, you can re-enter it within the 30 minutes.

Your username is the BHMFXUAE number supplied to you on the day you opened your account. In order to retrieve your BHMFXUAE number, please call 800 567 000 / 00971 800567000.

You must have forgotten either your username or your password. Please contact our call center at 800 567 000 / 00971 800567000 in order to reset your password or provide you with your username.

We only offer the capability to receive the SMS on one mobile only, however in the future we might consider updating our current system.
